The SEO Executive, based in our head office in Munich, has responsibility for acquiring new bidders to the Swoopo websites globally via organic/ natural search. This will include establishing and maintaining performance metrics, determining target keywords across our markets, establishing and testing new actions to improve organic search results in collaboration with the development team, and keeping abreast of the latest SEO development via online forums and industry events.What kind of person will get this job?

The Head of Marketing (Europe), based in our head office in Munich, has responsibility for acquiring and retaining bidders for the Swoopo websites across Europe. This will include managing a substantial marketing budget to clear and stretching performance targets, managing and developing the European Marketing team (currently 4 and set to grow) and developing new opportunities to grow and develop the brand in both existing and new markets.What kind of person will get this job?

4. User Experience and Usability Expert
We are a globally expanding e-commerce and entertainment company seeking an experienced User Experience professional to help bring our usability and user-centered design capabilities to the forefront. The position is in Munich, Germany, but our working language is English (German language skills helpful but not required).Candidates should be well-versed in usability testing and user experience (scenarios, interaction design, information architecture, user-centered design). They will know about the specific technical, cognitive and other usability issues unique to the Internet, and conceive solutions for structuring data, optimising workflow, user journies and interactions accordingly.
Working as part of Swoopo’s Product Management team, the User Experience Designer is responsible for end-to-end digital delivery, from requirements gathering to testing in order to produce compelling and fun experiences for our customers. You will be adept at diagramming, writing functional specifications and designing usability test scripts and test plans. You should be able to defend your designs with business metrics or user-derived quantitative and qualitative data. You should be a self-starter, detail-oriented and excel at multitasking and prioritizing competing requirements.
Main responsibilities include:
- Determining usage scenarios, optimizing workflows, information architecture and data flows, then authoring use-cases, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes accordingly.
- Authoring functional specifications. Working with product managers, visual designers, software engineers and other project stakeholders to translate the product vision into other clear and comprehensive design documents that support product development
- Coordinating, planning and executing user research efforts (usability testing, multivariate tests, surveys, etc.) as needed. Identify the appropriate research methods to inform business and design decisions.
- Driving and continuously improving the customer experience of the platform, promoting usability best practices and user interface web standards.
Applicant requirements:
- Solid usability, user experience and interaction design skills including developing scenarios, usability analysis, rapid prototyping and usability testing. Deep knowledge and experience in best practices for Web-based information architecture and design.

We are seeking an intern, Praktikant/-in or Werkstudent/-in to support our team with Web analytics and product development. You will support for the Product Management and Marketing departments by analyzing website visitors and actions, integrating web and back-end data and optimizing website visitor experience.Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the statistical and trend data regarding performance and trends in user behavior, new feature performance and online marketing campaigns.
- Analyses and interpretation of results, including creation of data reports, presentations and actionable recommendations to different stakeholders and executives in the company.
- Quality control of data tracking and of the Web analytics reporting software (CoreMetrics). You would be responsible for the development of the Website tracking model, maintain the specification for tracking pixels and tags, as well as serve as the contact person to drive its technical implementation.
- Support in the creation and evaluation of surveys, questionnaires and testing of new site features and improvements (e.g. Multivariate and A/B testing).

Swoopo is seeking a Director of Business Development who is obsessed with e-commerce, innovation, technology, and business strategy. The ideal candidate will have business development experience in the consumer internet space with a heavy emphasis on international distribution deals. The ideal candidate will have experience from the start-up as well as amore mature company world and have a proven track record. This role will involve helping source distribution partners, developing a strong understanding of partner strategy, negotiating agreements to completion, managing internal processes, and maintaining ongoing relationships between Swoopo and key partners. Business Development at Swoopo is responsible for e.g. negotiating partnerships that generate new revenue streams, drive distribution of the Swoopo brand online and offline and generate new users for the company.
