We sell a range of brand-new and factory sealed technology and lifestyle goods, including laptops and HDTVs to vacuum cleaners and perfume. 1. Senior Web Application Developer

Für unsere Unternehmenszentrale in München suchen wir zum baldmöglichsten Zeitpunkt eine/n Senior Web Application Developer.

Ihre Aufgabe:
Leitung von Programmierprojekten, Management externer Dienstleister, Verantwortung der Software-Architektur und des Datenbank-Designs, Weiterentwicklung unserer Auktionsplattform Swoopo im internationalen Umfeld.

Ihr Profil:

3. Head of Procurement (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

• Leading the procurement department with employees located in Munich and London
• Negotiations of purchasing and payment conditions with our suppliers 
• Ensuring that our winners get their goods delivered promptly
• Logistics strategy and execution, including development of third-party fulfillment services
• Lead the development of our ERP system from a procurement perspective
• Support the auction management team in identifying profitable product opportunities

Your profile:

• Excellent market knowledge about international suppliers and prices within the tech- and non tech related-categories
• Strong negotiating skills with a history of striking great deals with national and global suppliers
• Established working relationships with relevant suppliers
• Experience dealing with outsourced logistics and warehousing partners

4. Interns in our UK/US Customer Service Team

As an intern within the UK/US Customer Service Team you will be responsible for taking care of our English speaking customers. The role is comprised of the following key tasks:

• Answering member e-mails on the following topics: member accounts, technical problems, help with the website, payments, auctions, etc.
• Coordination with other departments to resolve members' problems
• Promotion of positive interaction between members and Swoopo

You are looking for an internship in a dynamic and international eCommerce company; either as part of your current studies, or, you have recently completed your qualification. 5. Internship in our Spanish Auction Team

Job Description:
As an intern within the Spanish Auction Team you will be responsible for a broad range of different tasks across our organization. You’ll get to experience a range of activities in Marketing, Procurement, Auction Management and Customer Service and specifically be involved into the following topics:

• Assisting with marketing activities such as Google AdWords and other online advertising
• Creating daily email newsletters to existing clients to promote special products and new offers
• Localising text into Spanish for global activities planned across Swoopo’s websites
• Finding equivalent products for our items that are available in the Spanish market to enable us to run auctions internationally
• Finding new online distributors in the Spanish market who can supply items to our winning bidders
• Purchasing goods and arranging delivery to our winners
• Handling customer service queries to help with customers’ questions and problems

Your Profile:
You are looking for an internship in a dynamic and international eCommerce company either as part of your current studies, or you have recently completed your course.  We are looking for team-oriented and motivated people who are not afraid to roll-up their sleeves and get stuck-in. You need to have good English skills with Spanish as your mother tongue; German language skills are not required but would be helpful.  You should be excited about eCommerce and the internet and have a solid knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook).

7. Head of Brand Marketing and Customer Retention

with global responsibility for onsite marketing, email marketing and brand management.

Your responsibilities:

• Making the brand come to life through creative global marketing campaigns including fun promotions, on-line competitions and great new product offers.
• Working closely with the Auction Management team to ensure effective promotion of our products.
• Developing relationships with external agencies and service-providers.
• Functional management of Marketing Associates globally with regards to activity, retention and brand marketing, line management of Marketing Associates in the Munich office.

Your Profile:

• Creative marketing manager, 4-6 years of experience within an FMCG, retail/ ecommerce, or gaming business. Some experience with online marketing is essential.
• Eperience in planning and project-managing marketing campaigns, including online promotions and competitions, ideally with knowledge in customer segmentation and email marketing.
• High creativity, together with good planning and analytical skills. We are looking for the creative powerhouse within the marketing organisation. At the same time you're comfortable talking about a campaign's performance in terms of ROI.
• Ideally with experience in people management.
• Fluent English and experienced in working internationally.

8. Senior Manager Business Intelligence

The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating actionable business insight. You'll love working in a fast-paced environment, and being relied upon to help make key business decisions. Your forte is managing and analysing data that drives better quality decisions. This role demands a blend of solid analytical skills, some experience in managing teams and clear communication. You'll be responsible for helping the business find the answers to the big burning questions, and driving a data-driven approach to our operational activities. Your contributions will have a big impact on the overall company's performance.

Your responsibilities:

• Build and manage the business intelligence function, using a mixture of in-house resources, external partners and third-party tools.
• Manage the delivery of regular insight, developing a clear programme for further insight generation.
• Support the other departments in the development and production of regular KPIs and ad-hoc analysis.
• Drive the use of data in our daily operations across marketing and category management in particular.
• Select and manage tools, software and third-parties to support our insight and analysis requirements.

Our requirements

• 3-5 years business insight/ analytics experience in a data-driven business, preferably one with a significant online presence.
• A real passion for the internet and the use of insight to drive growth.
• Experience in building up tools and in selecting and managing third party vendors.
• Structured and organised. Candidates will be expected to juggle multiple assignments and resolve conflicting priorities.

9. Head of Accounting

In dieser Position verantworten Sie das Rechnungswesen der Entertainment Shopping AG als auch ihrer Tochtergesellschaften und Betriebsstätten und berichten direkt an den CFO.

Ihre Aufgabe:

• Führen des Buchhaltungsteams (derzeit 4 Mitarbeiter).
• Erstellung der Einzelabschlüsse und des konsolidierten Abschlusses nach HGB und Durchführung des Monatsreportings.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller buchhalterischen, steuerlichen und rechtlichen Anforderungen.
• Debitorenbuchhaltung, Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Zahlungsverkehr.
• Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Vorbereitung der Jahressteuererklärungen.
• Optimierung der finanzwirtschaftlichen Prozesse im Bereich Umsatzlegung und Warenwirtschaft und Weiterentwicklung der entsprechenden Systeme.
• Aufbau der Buchhaltung im Rahmen der weiteren internationalen Expansion.
• Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Finanzbehörden.

Ihr Profil:

• Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterqualifikation zum Bilanzbuchhalter/internationalen Bilanzbuchhalter, Steuerberater oder Wirtschaftsprüfer.
• Ca. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise eines E-Commerce- oder Handelsunternehmen mit internationalem Hintergrund.
• Abschlusssicherheit nach HGB erforderlich, Kenntnisse in IFRS, UK-, US-GAAP wünschenswert.
• Sehr gute steuerliche Kenntnisse.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Buchhaltungsprogrammen (KHK, Datev), gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Programmen.
